At Rudrra Sensor we want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a flexible refund policy.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your load cell must meet the following conditions:

1.The load cell must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

2.The load cell must not have been installed, opened the packaging and sleeves. used, or damaged in any way.

3.The load cell must be returned within 3-4 days of delivery.

Refund Process

If your load cell meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a refund:

1. Contact our customer support team at 9824010249, send images of the product and your concerns to obtain a Return approval.

2.Carefully package the load cell and include all original accessories and documentation.

3.Ship the load cell back to us at the address provided by our customer support team with freight paid basis.

4.Once we receive the returned load cell, we'll check with your photographs with received material and  process your refund within [time frame 5-7 business days].

Warranty and Defective Products

If your load cell is defective or not functioning as expected, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We'll be happy to help you troubleshoot or repair the product under warranty.

Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for refunds:

1.which product selected by your's.

2.Custom or special-order load cells.

3.Load cells that have been installed, used, or damaged.
